Any claim made after fitting is deemed void. Regular cleaning of your wheels is strongly advised to make sure that corrosive brake dust and road grime & salts don't build up and start to etch unsightly pits into the lacquered alloy wheel coating allowing water / air underneath causing corrosion.
Likewise, think carefully about the product you use to clean your wheels as sometimes they can contain acid (very commonly used in car washes) which is harmful to certain wheel finishes. This is even more important if your new alloy wheels have a polished face, machined or chrome finish as these finishes are more prone to corrosion.
